The common parts of a press release are as follows:

Headline: An appropriate and smart heading s needed.

Opening: A good and sharp opening paragraph is essential to draw the editors (and finally reader’s attention)

Middle: A short and self-contained medial part is necessary.

Close: A conclusion or a summary is appropriate at the end or a brief repeat of the main passage. It is often useful to include a quotation from a key person.

Besides, a press release contains some other parts like reference, a date of issue, and a date of publication, name of the contact person for further information.
