Health is wealth. So, it is very important to stay healthy. To keep in good
health, we should go to bed early and get up from our bed. Then, we have to
brush our teeth, wash our hands and face. We should use good soap to wash. We
should not eat anything from the roadside vendors who always keep the food
uncovered. We must keep our nails clean and short. It is a must for us to play
outdoor games or to work in our personal garden in the afternoon. Be regular
in taking our meals in time.

Smoking causes serious harm to us. So, we must avoid smoking at any cost. We
should always drink enough pure water and eat the necessary fruits and
vegetables. Always we have to try to use clean clothes. Finally, we must keep
our environment clean and safe.
