Camphor is a sublimated substance.

Acidity occurs in the stomach when excess hydrochloric acid is generated inside. Antacid contains aluminium hydrochloride and magnesium hydroxide. These two compounds neutralize hydrochloric acid.

There remains various organic acids like succinic acid malic acid etc. in a green mango which makes it sour. As it ripens, this acids transforms into glucose and fructose in chemical reactions and turns the mango sweet.
